Recieve "Chaos Burn" debuff if no enemy is killed within 5-10 seconds (needs confirmation) which deals damage per second indefinitely or until an enemy is killed. taking off the accessory does not remove debuff and debuff will not go away on kill unless the Core of Chaos is equipped at the time of the kill.
